This Privacy Policy explains how SomexAI Applications Group, LLC ("SomexAI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use SomexAI App Manager (the "App") and any related websites and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers.
• Organization/workspace data: apps, releases, issues, QA assignments, notes, and other content you add.
• Support communications: support tickets, messages, and related attachments you submit.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage and diagnostics: basic analytics, device/app version, performance logs, crash/diagnostic data.
• Log data: IP address (may be used for security/fraud prevention), timestamps, and actions taken in the Service.

1.3 Billing and subscription information

Purchases and subscriptions in the Android app are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive purchase status, product identifiers, renewal/expiration information, and transaction-related metadata via Google Play and our subscription management provider (RevenueCat).

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process subscriptions, manage entitlements, and prevent fraud.
• Provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and send service-related notifications.
• Monitor, debug, and prevent misuse (including enforcing plan limits and security controls).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information as follows:

• Service providers: vendors that help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery).
• Payment and subscription partners: Google Play and RevenueCat for purchase validation and subscription status.
• Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with appropriate safeguards).

4. Third-Party Services We Use

• Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, storage, hosting, and server functions)
• Google Play Billing (subscription processing)
• RevenueCat (subscription status and entitlement management)
• OpenAI (server-side AI features, where enabled)

5. AI Features

Some features may use AI to assist with text generation or suggestions. AI requests are processed server-side. We do not permit raw text-to-image generation; graphics are deterministically composed. If you submit content to AI features, it may be used only to generate the requested output and improve the feature experience. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• Access, correct, or delete certain information by contacting us.
• Opt out of non-essential communications (service/transactional messages may still be sent).
• Manage subscriptions through Google Play account settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new effective date.
